An upfront rich and creamy texture, with incredible length of flavour. Driven by taut acid, which aids a seamless transition to a slate and flint mineral finish.

At Benwerrin, the 20-year-old Chardonnay vines are planted on a northerly facing slope. This combination of the cool climate and long days of sunshine develops fantastic stone fruit flavours and aromatic qualities.
Vinification
Barrel ferment in second use French oak. Some wild, some non-saccharomyces, some saccharomyces. Six months maturation in oak.
